Hunter Sells Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg

ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors have announced that they acted as exclusive agents in the sale of the 148-room Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg. Excel Hotel Group, based in Virginia, purchased the 5-story hotel for an undisclosed amount from a New York private equity firm.

The Hilton Garden Inn was built in 2005 and completed a $2 million PIP in February 2016 showcasing the brand’s new design and amenities. The hotel is located on Interstate 95 between DC and Richmond.

Hunter Hotel Advisors is the nations premier hospitality investment firm for clients ranging from REITs and private equity firms to regional hotel owners. Since January 1, 2015 Hunter has sold over $1.5 billion in single assets and portfolio transactions.
