Hunter Closes on Lodge & Spa at Callaway Gardens

ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has announced that they represented Noble Investment Group, an Atlanta based private equity real estate fund, in the sale of The Lodge & Spa at Callaway Gardens to the owners of Callaway Gardens. The Pine Mountain, Georgia hotel has 149 rooms, two restaurants, a spa, and a LEED certified Conference Center.

“Since its development in 2006, the Lodge and Spa has been an integral part of Callaway Gardens,” said Teague Hunter, president of Hunter Hotel Advisors. “This strategic purchase will enable them to further enhance the overall Callaway Garden experience.”

Callaway Gardens is planning on renovating all of the guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas, restaurants, and spa.
