Arriba Capital Closes Construction Loan for Dual-Branded Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee

SCOTTSDALE, ArizonaArriba Capital announced that it recently closed a $67 million construction loan for a dual-branded Hilton Home2 Suites & Hampton Inn in Nashville’s East Bank, adjacent to Oracle’s planned $2 billion new global headquarters.

The borrower, a Southeast-based hospitality management and development company and repeat client of Arriba, will deliver this upper-midscale hotel in the beginning of 2027.
