The first property, Wingate by Wyndham Chandler/Phoenix in Chandler, Arizona, has 64 keys and is situated just minutes from the Tempe Diablo Stadium, the spring training home of the Los Angeles Angels. Off I-10, the property is also near several casinos, 11 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and 22 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The second addition is the dual-branded Motel 6/Studio 6 in Willcox, Arizona. Perched at 4,167 feet, the property has 93 rooms. It’s also positioned close to dining venues, shopping spots, and historical attractions such as the Chiricahua National Monument, Willcox Commercial Hotel, and The Toggery.
