BOCA RATON, Fla.—Waramaug Hospitality, a private investment group along with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, announced that they have acquired the 215-room Crowne Plaza Metro North in Dublin, Ohio.
The hotel offers 13,000 square feet of meetings space and is minutes away from the Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay, as well as Ohio State University.
“The hotel has strong investment potential and is located in a market ripe with corporate demand generators,” said Paul Nussbaum, Waramaug Hospitality’s founder and managing partner. “We continue to pursue high quality assets under strong brands in vibrant markets such as Dublin.”
The Crowne Plaza will undergo a comprehensive $6 million dollar renovation of the guestrooms and public space. The venture appointed Interstate Hotels and Resorts to manage the hotel.
Great Move on Waramaugh Hospitality’s part!
