Hilton Garden Inn Debuts Seven New Hotels Nationwide

MCLEAN, Va.—From America’s largest city to the desert Southwest, Hilton Garden Inn debuted a variety of new lodging options around the country just in time for the busy holiday travel season.

In 2016, 150 million Americans traveled over the Thanksgiving and year-end holiday seasons and that number could rise even more this year, according to projections by AAA and research by IHS Markit. Part of the Hilton family of hotels, Hilton Garden Inn opened seven new U.S. properties in October and early November, with three of the hotels debuting in locations named by Travel + Leisure magazine’s Top 25 List of Best Places for Winter Travel.

“Our Hilton Garden Inn guests deserve to enjoy each and every moment of their stay, whether that be with a handcrafted cocktail from the bar or warm smile from one of our dedicated Team Members,” said John Greenleaf, global head, Hilton Garden Inn. “Now, more travelers have the opportunity to enjoy the bright and satisfying hospitality experience we take such great pride in offering—throughout the holidays, and every day.”

The following hotels are recent additions to the Hilton Garden Inn portfolio of more than 760 hotels worldwide.

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South is in the heart of a city known for its vibrant holiday displays and tree lightings. The hotel is just a short stroll to holiday ice-skating at the iconic Rockefeller Center and walking distance from The Bryant Park Winter Village, featuring a holiday market with more than 125 shopping kiosks and local food vendors.

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix-Tempe ASU Research Park (pictured above) is close to the holiday magic of the expansive outdoor Tempe Marketplace, which has 100 shops and restaurants. Other holiday hotspots near the hotel include the annual Las Noches de las Luminarias festival at the Desert Botanical Gardens and Zoolights at the Phoenix Zoo.

Hilton Garden Inn Austin Airport is five miles from the heart of downtown Austin and near the best holiday festivities Hill Country offers. This includes the popular Austin Trail of Lights in Zilker Park and the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar—an art fair and music festival with an exciting community feeling.

Additional recent Hilton Garden Inn openings include these U.S. and international destinations: Hilton Garden Inn Santa Barbara/Goleta & Hilton Garden Inn Lompoc, Calif.; Hilton Garden Inn Iowa City Downtown University; Hilton Garden Inn Wausau, Wis.; Hilton Garden Inn Hangzhou Lu’niao, China; and Hilton Garden Inn Orenburg, Russia.
