Sheraton Framingham Hotel and Conference Center Completes Renovation

FRAMINGHAM, Mass.— Sheraton Framingham Hotel and Conference Center announced the completion of a multi-million dollar renovation. Improvements to the 375-key hotel include freshly designed public space, a newly concepted restaurant and lounge, redesigned guest rooms, and an upgraded ballroom and fitness center. The renovations complement the existing 22,000 square-foot conference and meeting facilities approved by the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC).

The new lobby, guest corridors and general public space focus on a color palate of blue and grey. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a stone fireplace and works of art positioned around the lobby. Fresh touches from the lobby carry through into Postern Grille, the new restaurant and lounge where dark grey tiles, an open kitchen, and copper bar with marble counter were installed. The grand ballroom, with its eighteen-foot ceilings, received updated touches of greys and neutrals. The space can accommodate up to 1,200 people.

The fitness center also updated its offering to Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance. Presenting new cardio and strength equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bicycles, guests are able to maintain efforts for effective health solutions while traveling.
