NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.—The 84-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in North Charleston, S.C. is scheduled to open on Friday, April 12. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Northside Hotel Associates and managed by Gateway Hospitality of Columbia, S.C.

Guestrooms and suites at the property offer separate living, working, and sleeping areas, as well as televisions, microwaves, and mini-fridges. Rooms also feature a work area, ergonomic chair, and entertainment area with a second television.
