L.E. Hotels Adds Two Properties, Relaunches Four

LOS ANGELES—L.E. Hotels has announced the addition of two new properties in Spain and Australia, and the re-launching of four member properties after yearlong renovations.

The two recent additions offer style, character, historical significance, a sense of place, and desirable locations. The Limes Hotel in Australia is a modern, boutique property located in one of Brisbane’s trendiest neighborhoods, while the BCN Urban Gran Rosellón in Barcelona’s financial district is ideal for both family vacations and business trips.

Four L.E. Hotels member properties also recently completed major renovation projects. Each renovation updated the property to meet the new needs of the modern day traveler in their respective destinations.

Dating back to 1914, the recently renovated King George Hotel in San Francisco maintains the classic charm of a historic building with all the modern luxuries necessary for the contemporary traveler. In each of the 153 rooms, guests will find lighting upgrades, multiple power outlets, and under-bed luggage storage. The hotel’s central location allows easy access to Union Square as well as both of San Francisco’s airports.

Situated in the scenic seaside village of La Jolla, the Empress Hotel is a short walk from the Pacific Ocean. The property underwent a $2 million renovation project, updating its interior design in each of its guestrooms with new furniture, carpets, and shutters. Every room throughout the property captures the spirit of Southern California beach living highlighted by the four suites that feature separate living space, a wet bar, and a Jacuzzi tub.

The Hotel Le Littré, located in a restored Parisian building, sits along the left bank of the Seine River. The property features 90 refurbished guestrooms and suites, equipped with views of either Paris and the Eiffel Tower, or the hotel courtyard. New amenities and services added during the restoration include the new meeting space, veranda, courtyard, bar, and a sauna.

Built in 1911, the Terrass” Hôtel is reopening its doors after an extensive renovation. Under the supervision of chief architect Oscar Ono, the hotel completed upgrades to all 92 rooms and several of the properties public spaces. Ono was tasked with modernizing the space while maintaining original design elements. The Parisian hotel now features an outdoor rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city and a library.
