Booking Direct Leads to Higher Traveler Satisfaction

    For U.S. and U.K. corporate travelers, booking directly with an airline or hotel offers a higher level of customer satisfaction than booking with a travel agent or online agency, according to a new study by the Global Business Travel Association. Of those who booked direct, 87 percent were either “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied” with their experience, verses 82 percent when booking with an agent, and 74 percent when booking with an online agency.
