Wyndham Brand Expands in Florida with Jupiter Hotel

PARSIPPANY, N.J.—Wyndham Hotel Group expanded the footprint of its upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand in Florida with the opening of the newly constructed, 179-room Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place, the brand’s fourth Wyndham Grand property in the state.

The full-service, waterfront hotel in Jupiter features a rooftop pool, 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, and dining at the Deep Blu Seafood Grille.

Owned by Harbourside Place LLC and managed by Wyndham Hotel Group’s management company, Wyndham Grand Jupiter is situated in Harbourside Place, a new commerce and entertainment development that is near the area’s beaches, major businesses, and 17 miles from Palm Beach International Airport.

“With its renowned vacation destinations and the steady growth of inbound business travel, Florida has always played a key role in our expansion plans,” said Bob Loewen, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Wyndham Hotel Group. “The exciting addition of Wyndham Grand Jupiter marks the 14th Wyndham location in Florida, exemplifying the continuous growth of our flagship brand and the strength of the portfolio here.”

Wyndham Grand Jupiter’s 15,000 square feet of contemporary, customizable indoor and outdoor event space can accommodate 50 to 350 guests and is comprised of nine multi-function rooms, including the 5,000-square-foot Preserve Ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the outdoor Mangrove Deck.

Three on-site restaurants include the Pool Bar, the Lobby Lounge, and Deep Blu Seafood Grille, the award-winning dining concept that originated at sister property Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek and is scheduled to open by the end of 2014. Additional hotel amenities and services include a rooftop pool overlooking the water, a 24-hour business center, a fitness center, room service, and same-day dry-cleaning service.

Each of the hotel’s 179 guestrooms features pillow-top bedding, high-speed wireless internet, a flat-screen LCD television, and contemporary décor in shades of white, green, and blue. Select rooms offer balconies overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
