Valor Hospitality Partners Americas Plans Corporate Restructure

ATLANTA—Valor Hospitality Partners announced a corporate restructure for the Americas division as the company plans for growth as a result of recent portfolio and corporate team expansion. To support this vision, the company added several new leadership positions to its corporate Americas office, introducing Managing Director Craig Strickler as Valor Americas president and ushering nine corporate directors into vice president positions to oversee department-level strategy.

The announcement comes following the Middle East and Central and South Africa expansion and signals the projected growth of Valor Hospitality Partners on a global scale.

“This corporate reorganization signals so much more than a title change,” said Euan McGlashan, co-founder and CEO of Valor Hospitality Partners. “We have plans to double the size of the company globally in the next five years and this new structure will support that goal by investing in our ‘hotelitarians’ to continue to attract new partners and expand our portfolio here in the Americas and beyond.”

By creating more leadership positions and opportunities for upward mobility, Valor Hospitality prioritizes company culture as the organization sets goals for global expansion and development.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic organization that puts its people and their growth at the forefront,” said Craig Strickler, president of Valor Americas. “I’m looking forward to helping lead the charge on growing Valor America’s portfolio with top-of-the-line partners and owners while continuing to support Valor’s global expansion.”
