Valor Hospitality Continues Middle East Expansion with Second Oman Property

ATLANTA, Georgia—Valor Hospitality Partners, a global hotel management company, has announced the acquisition of its second property in Duqm, Oman—marking seven total properties in the Middle East and expanding Valor Hospitality’s Middle East portfolio to 1,200+ keys and brings the Oman portfolio to 300+ keys. In partnership with Marriott International, the boutique property will be branded Four Points by Sheraton and owned by Ezz Assas International and will open in 2024.

The Four Points by Sheraton Duqm will have 85 rooms and is anticipated to reflect Valor Hospitality’s dedication to ‘travel reinvented,’ providing everything that matters most to today’s travelers seeking balance on the road. The hotel will feature two dining venues, an airy atrium, an indoor pool and gym, meeting rooms and private car parking space, as well as a timeless style coupled with comfort and genuine service to allow guests to kick back and relax.

“This new property is an embodiment of our commitment to providing unparalleled experiences for global travelers and not only signifies a pivotal step in our global expansion but also underscores our mission to blend luxury with genuine cultural immersion,” said Euan McGlashan, CEO of Valor Hospitality Partners. “We are thrilled to continue our dedication to crafting cherished memories, fostering connections, and setting new standards in hospitality in the Middle East and beyond.”

The hotel is strategically located within Duqm’s city center (SEZAD) and is within walking distance to many up-and-coming areas, shops, restaurants and more. With more development and projects planned in Duqm, the property will offer a convenient choice for corporate travelers and the growing leisure segment with additional access to stunning nearby beaches.

“Since announcing our first property in Oman last year, we are pleased to grow our presence with a second Four Points by Sheraton, in Duqm this time,” said Julien Bergue, co-founder and managing partner of Valor Hospitality Middle East. “We believe in growing our portfolio sustainably and we are fortunate to have a trusted and reliable businesses owner in EIF. We’re naturally excited to partner with Marriott once again to bring Four Points by Sheraton brand to Duqm.”
