RLHC to Add Hotels in North Carolina and Georgia

SPOKANE, Wash.—RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) announced today that the company has entered into franchise license agreements to open a Red Lion Inn & Suites in Fayetteville, N.C. and a GuestHouse Hotel in Warner Robins, Ga. The properties are expected to convert to their respective new brands during the first half of 2017.

The Fayetteville property will become the first Red Lion Inn & Suites in North Carolina Conveniently located off I-95 just five miles from downtown Fayetteville, the hotel has 121 guest rooms and features free Wi-Fi and hot breakfast, a fitness center, outdoor pool, and business center.

Greater Fayetteville holds fast to the friendly feel of a true hometown, while providing the cultural and entertainment amenities of bigger cities, including great restaurants, museums, unique shopping, musical and sporting events, kid-friendly fun, art galleries, gardens, trails and parks, not to mention nearby Fort Bragg that solidifies the city’s deep roots in all things military.

The Warner Robins property will also become the first GuestHouse in Georgia With 41 guest rooms, the hotel will be a valued option in town with free breakfast, access to a fitness center and close proximity to restaurants, Robins Air Force Base, the Museum of Aviation, Middle Georgia Technical College, Georgia National Fairgrounds, Macon State College, and the Homer Walker Civic Center.
