Red Roof Inn Opens 400th Property

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Red Roof Inn has opened its 400th hotel located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The property is franchised by Warmbrodt Hotel Investments.

“Red Roof has created a new category, upscale economy and has seen extraordinary growth in occupancy and revenue fueling an all-time high demand for the brand,” said Andrew Alexander, president of Red Roof. “We’ve worked with the principals of Warmbrodt for years, and it is their knowledge and trust in the future of the brand that’s led to this franchise opportunity.”

The Council Bluffs property has 100 guestrooms, an indoor pool and hot tub, free WiFi, free hot breakfast, and flat-screen TVs. The Inn is also undergoing a NextGen renovation with the goal of turning it into a Red Roof Plus+ property within a few years. The franchise-owned property is centered in the Manawa Power Center Business Park, near many shopping and food service amenities.
