CHARLOTTE—OHM Hotels will soon break ground on a new 123-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel in Ballantyne Area, N.C.
Hotel is expected to open in late 2016. Amenities will include a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 1,300 square feet of flexible meeting space.

The hotel, located at the intersection of HWY 521 & Providence Road West, is owned by OHM Hotels. The Holiday Inn Express brand is part of IHG’s diverse family of brands in nearly 100 countries and territories.
This development is part of 13 acres of mixed use which is being led by York Development Group of Charlotte. Entire development will consist of possible bank, retail, grocery store, hotel, and office space.
