GLENWOOD, Maryland—Hotel Investor Apps (HIA) announced that Lark Hotels has implemented its ERP and accounting solution for its portfolio of 50+ properties.
With HIA, Lark Hotels increased access and visibility into financial management by setting up 100+ team members in the system (with role-based permissions). Lark now has automated PMS and POS imports, custom integrations, and an automated accounts payable solution. In addition, Lark Hotels now has real-time dashboards.
“Our previous software system was almost like a black box that no one was allowed to touch and only these very highly selected individuals got to look inside it. HIA is the exact opposite,” said Scot Hopps, vice president of operations, Lark Hotels. Hopps added, “We are substantially better on behalf of the teams that we support, because of the visibility, the accessibility, the speed, and just the accuracy of the information.”
