IHG Hotels & Resorts Opens First Staybridge Suites in France

PARIS, France—The city of Cannes is now home to the first Staybridge Suites property in France. Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre represents the introduction of the all-suites hotel to the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio in France.

Located close to the Croisette, Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre offers an accommodation alternative, whether it is for leisure stays, family getaways, or business trips. Near the SNCF train station and the Nice Côte d’Azur airport, its location fits both short and long-term stays.

Eric Viale, managing director of Southern Europe, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said, “It is a great moment to be welcoming the first Staybridge Suites property in France and in such a vibrant cosmopolitan location. Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre brings a perfect mix of contemporary design coupled with spacious comfort in such a prime location. It is this combination that makes this property such an attractive option for those guests looking for a comfortable extended stay experience for business or leisure in Cannes.”

All 81 suites have private balconies; kitchens including hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine; walk-in showers; and WiFi. Breakfast is also included as part of each stay, with variety for those staying long-term.

Staybridge Suite Cannes Centre includes a terrace and garden, a fitness room, a 24-hour pantry available to those preferring to cook meals, onsite underground parking, and laundry facilities.

A meeting area with a projection system for a maximum of 10 people is available to guests needing to host meetings onsite. The hotel organizes Social Happy Hours three times a week to help switch off from business mode and facilitate leisure time.

Staybridge Suites Cannes has been opened in partnership with hospitality management company, SOHOMA.
