ATLANTA—InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the opening of the Holiday Inn Express Snowmass Village hotel. As the newest addition to IHG hotels in Colorado, this four-story hotel features 145 guestrooms and six suites. Situated at the base of Snowmass Mountain, it is only a two minute walk from the hotel to ski lift access. The hotel will appeal to avid skiers and snowboarders in the winter as well as hikers and mountain bikers in the warmer months of the year.

All guestrooms have been updated and have a wide variety of amenities including iPod docking stations, large under-bed trundle drawers, cubbies for ski gear, and a place to hang skis. The hotel also features a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a 24-hour fitness center, and more than 1,100 square feet of meeting space. Guestrooms feature queen, king-sized, or two double beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, and an in-room coffee machine.
The Holiday Inn Express Snowmass Village hotel is managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts and is franchised by an affiliate of IHG.
