Davidson Hotels Announces New Lifestyle Division

ATLANTA, Ga.—Unveiling a new vision at The Americas Lodging and Investment Summit (ALIS), Davidson Hotels & Resorts has announced a brand new lifestyle division debuted today as Pivot, performance from a new perspective.

Backed by Davidson’s deep resources and proven systems, Pivot opens up opportunity for growth in the budding lifestyle sector. With a personality all its own, Davidson’s core values of commitment, integrity, innovation, equality and trust will always shine through. Pivot will captivate guests, pushing the envelope through creative design and vibrant experiences, while continuing to deliver a strong bottom line to owners.

With six properties either open or under development, Davidson will announce new Pivot portfolio additions in Miami, Chicago, Nashville, Eugene, and the Florida Keys. The Hotel Zephyr, a waterfront hotel at Pier 39 in San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf, is Pivot’s inaugural property, debuting the summer of 2015 after a transformative, multi-million dollar renovation.
