Coral Hospitality to Co-Manage Margaritaville Hollywood

NAPLES, Fla.—Coral Hospitality, a full-service hospitality management and investment company with more than 20 hotels, resorts, spas, golf clubs, and residences, has been selected to co-manage the new-build Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort in Greater Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood, Fla., in tandem with
Margaritaville Hospitality.

“Coral Hospitality is thrilled to partner with Margaritaville Hospitality on this incredible new resort, which is the first of its kind in so many ways,” said Lee Weeks, CEO of Coral Hospitality. “We look forward to leveraging our background, capabilities, and approach to ensure Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort emerges as a best-in-class resort and entertainment destination, providing our guests a quality, memorable experience.”

Under Coral Hospitality’s leadership, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort has been designed and will be constructed and managed to achieve AAA four diamond status. Set on six acres along 450 feet of beachfront on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, the 349-room oceanfront resort will feature eight restaurant concepts, an 11,000 square-foot spa, a fitness center, more than 7,000 square feet of retail space, and 30,000 square feet of flexible function space.

Inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort will also have on-site water recreation areas with multiple pools, a FlowRider Double, water slide, and live entertainment venues.
