MIAMI BEACH, Fla.—After a two-year, multimillion dollar renovation and repositioning project, mid-beach Miami boutique hotel Circa 39 will open WunderBar Dec. 12.
A quirky lobby bar with access to the pool deck, WunderBar is designed to make guests feel like they are a locals, with a relaxing vibe that invites guests to indulge in craft spirits, fine rums, and cocktails infused with flavors from around the world. Locally brewed craft beers and global artisanal wines will complete the offer.
Circa’s new eatery, Jules Kitchen, is a laid-back indoor/outdoor cafe that offers global comfort food from morning to evening, prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Julie Frans of Essensia at Circa’s sister hotel, The Palms Hotel & Spa.
Over the last two years, the 97-room boutique hotel underwent a complete refurbishment of all guestrooms, lobby areas, food and beverage outlets, and leisure facilities. In collaboration with Hallock Design Group, a 30-seat meeting room has been added to the hotel’s offerings for groups, and the pool deck has been upgraded with new landscaping and furnishings.
