Kim Sims, president of Chesapeake Hospitality, made the announcement.
These deal announcements highlight Chesapeake’s ongoing growth trajectory during 2016 of securing the management of great hotels both on the east coast and now in the Midwest.
“We are proud to bring our results-driven management strategies to these great hotels,” said Sims. “As we continue to expand our business relationships both on the east coast and now more aggressively in the Midwest, it is a great opportunity to introduce our comprehensive, holistic management approach to these properties, creating asset value for our clients.”
