Milwaukee–CBRE Hotels arranged the sale of the 129-room Quality Inn Brookfield, Wis., to Sierra Hotels, LLC. Brian Silberman, Scott Miller, and Paul DeLucia with CBRE Hotels represented the seller, ABP Real Estate Holdings, LLC.
Located at 20150 W. Bluemound Road, the Quality Inn Brookfield is across from The Corners, a $220 million mixed-use, lifestyle redevelopment project on West Bluemound Road.
“The Quality Inn Brookfield offers guests an unbeatable location near Brookfield’s commercial and retail district. Recent investments on Bluemound Road will continue to boost this area’s attractiveness and create demand at nearby hotels,” Silberman, CBRE Hotels senior vice president, says.
The hotel also gives guests access to area attractions including the Brookfield Square Mall, Milwaukee County Zoo, Wisconsin State Fair Park, Miller Park, and the Harley-Davidson Museum.
