Caesars Entertainment Corp. has installed separate management in one of its operating entities, Caesars Entertainment Operation Co. (CEOC), according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. CEOC operates 44 casino properties, including Caesars Palace, Caesars Atlantic City, and Harrah’s Reno.
