MATTOON, Illinois—Best Western Hotels & Resorts announced the Best Western Heartland Inn opening in Mattoon, Illinois. The hotel is owned by Manny Patel and features 46 standard guestrooms and 14 suites.
The hotel recently underwent a $3.5 million renovation to modernize the style of the property and blend the colors throughout. Guestrooms have also been updated and are equipped with flat-screen televisions, beds, décor, showers, and vanities, in addition to microwaves and mini-fridges. Some of the amenities on the property include a hot breakfast, an indoor pool, a 24-hour fitness facility, a business center, guest laundry facilities, dry cleaning, and wireless internet.

Guests will have proximity to attractions and business hubs, including the Tuscola Outlet Shops, Mediacom Communications Corporation, and Rural King. The hotel is also located near dining options, Eastern Illinois University, Lake Land College, the Coles County Memorial Airport, and the local Amtrak station.
