A recent rental through Airbnb in Palm Springs, Calif., has resulted in a squatter, according to this report from USA Today. After the tenant’s 44-day rental ended, he refused to leave the condo claiming he was still living there legally. Airbnb and lawyers have gotten involved and hope to see results soon.
