CLEVELAND– Lexington by Vantage, a collection of inns, hotels and suites, has announced new hotel development plans for a Lexington Inn & Suites in Effingham, Ill.
The Lexington Inn & Suites in Effingham, Ill. is under construction with an expected open date of June 2015. The hotel will consist of four floors with 61 rooms, an indoor pool, and a fully equipped fitness center. The property is owned and being developed by Arpip, Inc., making it their second Vantage Hospitality property.
