As more and more travelers are committed to maintaing their healthy lifestyles on the road, many hotels have been introducing wellness-inspired menus for meetings and conferences. But that doesn’t mean travelers are forgoing sweets altogether. A number of luxury hotels across the country offer tempting “sugar break” meeting options to give meeting attendees a boost. Here are just a few:

Sweet Treats
The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C., offers an assortment of sugar breaks to revive guests and satisfy their sweet tooth. “S’moreffic” breaks feature a fire pit, homemade graham crackers, marshmallows, local chocolates, and an array of chocolates. Other options include a gourmet doughnut bar and Southern ice cream social with all fixin’s.

Sweet Indulgence
The Seagate Hotel & Spa in Delray Beach, Fla., offers its meeting attendees a Sweet Indulgence meeting break menu package that includes cookies, Rice Krispy treats, chocolate, milk, coffee, and teas.

Doughnut Bar
At the Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, Executive Pastry Chef Raymond Lammers has developed a gourmet doughnut bar. Prepared fresh on-property, the doughnut bar offers a variety of flavors, including maple bacon, lemon-blueberry, whiskey, and mint chocolate chip.

Candy Store and Chocoholics’ Delight
At the Omni Homestead Resort in the Allegheny Mountains of Virginia, attendees can indulge in the resort’s Candy Store package that includes mini candy bars, M&Ms, Sour Patch Kids, Hershey Kisses, Hot Tamales, Lemon Drops, and yogurt-covered raisins. The Chocoholics’ Delight Package features truffles, black walnut brownies, chocolate chunk cookies, white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies, and spiced hot chocolate.

S’mores and Outdoor Fire Pits
The Inn at Palmetto Bluff, a Montage Resort in Bluffton, S.C.., guests can roast marshmallows and make s’mores around outdoor fire pits as a post-meeting activity.
