LAS VEGAS—Set to open in the fall of 2014 at Red Rock Resort, The Light Group Executive Chef and Partner Brian Massie introduces Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, a new Rustic American dining experience utilizing simple, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients paired with hand-crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list.
Hearthstone’s menu is designed using fresh and seasonal ingredients showcasing Rustic American dishes. The restaurant’s exhibition style wood-burning oven maximizes the flavors of Chef Massie’s creations while igniting a full sensory experience.
Hearthstone’s food concepts are crafted with sharing in mind. Hearthstone offers a consistently changing menu of seasonal dishes with produce sourced from organic farmers and purveyors who practice sustainable agriculture. Massie, known for his successful menus at FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio, STACK Restaurant & Bar at The Mirage, Diablo’s Cantina, Citizens Kitchen and Bar & Red Square at Mandalay Bay shares his vision of seasonality, simplicity, and quality to Hearthstone.
“I’m excited to introduce a great Rustic American concept with a consistently evolving menu. I’ll be working hand in hand with organic farmers, ranchers, and fisherman who practice sustainable agriculture and share my passion for the craft,” Massie says.
Whether looking to dine on the expansive outdoor patio, at the counter in front of the wood-burning oven, or at the chef’s table in the private enoteca, Hearthstone offers something for every guest. A mixture of reclaimed wood, brick, and raw materials fuse with a bohemian flare to create an eclectic vibe in the indoor and outdoor eatery.
Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar is part of Red Rock Resort’s $35 million investment that includes the addition of new restaurants as well as a variety of renovations and enhancements taking place throughout the resort in 2014.
