JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Value Place has announced the grand opening of a newly constructed hotel in Jacksonville, Fla. This property is the latest to open as part of the extended-stay company’s national growth strategy.
Value Place Jacksonville North was developed with efficient design elements such as LED lighting, easily-maintained sound-dampening laminate wood flooring, and energy-conscious appliances. The hotel design lowers operating costs while providing guests an affordable, clean, and safe experience. Amenities available in each room include a large flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a full kitchen.
This hotel is one of three Value Place properties currently open in the Jacksonville area. The new property increases Value Place’s presence in the city and the southeastern United States. Value Place also plans to expand in additional metropolitan markets over the next three years, including Miami, Cleveland, Atlanta, Denver, and other areas.
