LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—The 107-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Little Rock, Ark., is scheduled to open this week. The property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by McKibbon Hotel Group and managed by McKibbon Hotel Management of Tampa, Fla.

Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Suites include work desks, ergonomic chairs, and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each room also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, and residential-sized appliances.
The hotel also features a business library where guests can fax, copy, and print materials, and provides guests with an outdoor swimming pool, exercise room, and meeting room.
