Radisson today announced the signing of the Radisson Hotel Dallas North-Addison. The hotel will open under the Radisson brand in January 2015.
“The signing of the Radisson Hotel North Dallas-Addison signifies our commitment to the Radisson brand’s continued growth and our desire to further expand in key markets such as Dallas,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Americas.
Located in the Northern suburb of Dallas, the hotel features a restaurant, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool, as well as three meeting rooms totaling more than 2,600 square feet.
“We look forward to growing our relationship with Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and are excited to provide Dallas-area guests with the outstanding service for which Radisson is known,” said the hotel’s owner Mohamend Adatia of MHS Hotels Ltd, a Dallas-based investor group.
MHS has also engaged Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) as its hotel management company. “HMC is proud to announce the addition of this full-service Radisson Hotel in our already growing portfolio across Texas. We’re pleased to partner with MHS Hotels Ltd, the Radisson brand, management, and employees in Addison and see great potential for this ideally located property in North Dallas,” shared Leo Spriggs, president and CEO.
The hotel is located near the Addison Airport, Alfred J. Loos Sports Complex, Galleria Dallas, The University of Texas at Dallas, Texas Instruments, and several country clubs.
