Marriott International is one such company that is making big moves to attract younger travelers, especially by agreeing to buy Starwood Hotels and Resorts, which has a strong presence in the lifestyle segment. According to the latest U.S. Census Bureau figures, there are 83.5 million millennials in the United States, compared with 74.8 million baby boomers.
