FAIRFAX, Va.—Crestline Hotels and Resorts announced it has assumed management of the Residence Inn Manassas Battlefield Park. The property recently completed an extensive renovation to all guest suites and the public areas of the hotel. This is Crestline’s 17th hotel in the state of Virginia. The 107 suite hotel is owned by Apple REIT Nine, headquartered in Richmond, Va.
The property offers well-appointed suites featuring complimentary Internet access, fully-equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils, as well as a 37″ flat-screen TV in studio suites, and two or more 32″ flat-screen TVs in larger suites. In addition, all accommodations have separate areas for living and sleeping. The hotel is pet-friendly, smoke free, and offers complimentary guest parking.
For meetings and events, the hotel offers a 272 square-foot meeting room that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. For recreation, guests have access to the hotel’s fitness center, indoor swimming pool and Sport Court®.
