FORT LAUDERDALE—Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa invites diners to dive into adventurous new tastes at 3030 Ocean.
Following an extensive three-month renovation, its sleek environment features a fresh new color palette and romantic lighting. Accents including modern artwork and tempered glass walls create stylish new spaces to sip and savor in the Fort Lauderdale resort’s restaurant. Swaying palms and ocean views complement the new dining experience.
A reinvigorated menu offers a fresh take on the flavorful Florida seafood. Indulge in an expansive selection of raw bar items, starters, entrées, and sides that embrace the art of eating fresh from the sea. The wahoo sashimi and ahi tuna poke, served over crushed ice with generous pieces of tuna, avocado, sambal sauce, and macadamia nuts, are two of the house’s popular appetizers, while the hickory rubbed palmetto creek pork chop has become a fast favorite for diners looking to break away from the fish theme when it comes time for their entrée. Other favorites include the grilled local swordfish, sautéed Florida flounder, and Jackman ranch bone-in ribeye.
Adrienne Grenier, executive chef of the seafood restaurant in Fort Lauderdale and previous Chopped champion, has been dedicated to creating an ever-changing menu that allows guests to relish a satisfying, thoughtfully prepared dish upon each visit.
“Having first started my career in this kitchen, I know where 3030 Ocean has been, and I know it has an even brighter future,” said Grenier. “When it comes to our new menu, I’ve aimed to find the perfect balance between approachable and adventurous, giving lovers of both the sea and land something they’ll remember.”
