Montage Hotels Names Tina Necrason VP, Residential

TinaNLAGUNA BEACH, Calif.—Montage Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Tina Necrason as vice president, residential. In her newly created position, Necrason oversees residential strategy and execution for the entire company, working closely with the Montage acquisitions and development team in securing new residential projects; the development services team in planning and HOA compliance oversight; and the residential sales, marketing, and operations teams in ensuring the overall success of the company’s branded residences business.

Necrason brings diverse experience in global real estate development to her new role. She joined Montage Hotels & Resorts from Hilton Grand Vacations, where she focused on vacation ownership serving as senior director, sales and marketing, mainland USA/Europe with responsibility for new projects and sales distribution opportunities in domestic and international markets. She also led initiatives in customer loyalty rebranding, diversity and inclusion, and new product planning and brand extension while leading the first capital light marketing and sales project for her division.

Previously, Necrason worked as a luxury real estate adviser in collaboration with Ridge Capital, LLC and Broadwing International, LLC, where she focused on the recovery of development assets with a client base of renowned global financial institutions. She served as vice president, project sales and marketing for Kor Group, providing oversight on the sales and marketing of $200 million-plus portfolios focused on international emerging markets. She also spent eight years at the director level with Marriott Vacation Club International/The Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences, with contributions including the development and expansion of the Club & Residences through strategic marketing, sales, brand positioning and mixed-use business planning.
