MERRILLVILLE, Ind.—White Lodging announced that it has officially taken over the management contract for the Marriott Fairfax at Fair Oaks. This is the company’s second management contract in Virginia.
The hotel will be brought into the White Lodging portfolio under the leadership of its new General Manager Scott Paradine, who previously was the director of sales and marketing at the Marriott Richmond.
“We are honored by the continuing trust that the owner places in us to manage their hotels and excited to add our 18th full service hotel under our management,” said John Randall, regional vice president.
The hotel is also scheduled for significant upgrades and renovations within the next year.
The hotel offers a fitness center, a virtual concierge, and valet dry-cleaning. The property also features 8,918 square feet of meeting space, including nine breakout meeting rooms and a ballroom that can accommodate 500 people.
