NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia—Mumford Company announced it completed the sale of the Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas, located in Rockwall, Texas.

The 98-room Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas is near Lake Ray Hubbard and the Harbor District of shops and restaurants. Guests can access I-30 and local attractions, including the Buffalo Creek Golf Club, Rockwall Indoor Sports Expo, and Texas Presbyterian Hospital. The property was built in 2020 and has a fitness center, business center, hot breakfast, and a heated outdoor pool with patio seating.
“The purchasers were affiliates of an Alabama-based developer with multiple holdings in the Sunbelt states,” said Steve Kirby, managing principal, Mumford Company. “This was our fifth sale to the group. Repeat business is the best business.”
