MCLEAN, Va.—Embassy Suites Hotels introduced the new upscale, full-service, all-suites Embassy Suites Salt Lake/West Valley City to local officials and community members this week with a grand opening event. Located in West Valley, Utah, the Design Option III, seven-story hotel was developed by West Valley Lodging Initiatives LLC and will be managed by Renascent Hospitality. The property has been the focal point of a multi-million dollar, multi-phase revitalization project in downtown West Valley City, and brings 162 suites and 7,500 square feet of meeting space to this thriving downtown area.
Embassy Suites Salt Lake/West Valley City is the cornerstone of Fairbourne Station, a $500 million mixed-use development encompassing 40 acres in the heart of West Valley City. The upper upscale hotel joins 200,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet of office space, 1,000 urban residences, and Fairbourne Station Promenade, which features four acres of urban lineal park and a plaza space.
The grand opening event included an official ribbon cutting ceremony and silent auction to raise money for Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Embassy Suites Salt Lake/West Valley City was constructed in the brand’s Design Option III style, which decreases the amount of land needed and creates efficiencies for both construction and operational costs a variety of side-by-side suites and one-room suites, as well as a contemporary atrium area. The property offers a complimentary business center, an indoor saline pool, and spa and fitness center.
