DoubleTree Debuts $50 Million Hotel Development in Greater Cincinnati

LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. and MCLEAN, Va.—The DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg, a new $50 million hotel development built onto the city’s multi-purpose Lawrenceburg Event Center, is now open. Located on the Ohio River in downtown Lawrenceburg, Ind., the nine-story, 168-room property is owned and managed by Indiana Gaming Co. LLC.

A two-story lobby connects to an outdoor patio on the south side with views of the city. Guestrooms, which either overlook the Ohio River or the Lawrenceburg streetscape, feature a variety of amenities, including complimentary WiFi, 42-inch LCD TVs, and the Sweet Dreams bed experience. The hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness center and a 24-hour business center. The Lawrenceburg Event Center provides 37,500 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Food and beverage options include The Levee Bar & Grill, an American-themed restaurant with a full-service bar, adjacent to the hotel lobby, and a coffee shop on the first floor of the adjacent Lawrenceburg Event Center. Other attractions including the Final Cut Steakhouse, Hops House 99 sports bar, the two-story Boogie Nights nightclub, and more than 2,200 slots and 71 table games await at the nearby Hollywood Casino, also owned by the Indiana Gaming Company.
