Courtyard by Marriott Opens in Spring, Texas

SPRING, Texas—Woodbine Development Corporation and InterMountain Management are pleased to announce the opening of a new 125-room Courtyard by Marriott in Spring, Texas. The hotel is located in the new community of Springwoods Village, a 2,000-acre planned community situated just south of The Woodlands and 20 miles north of downtown Houston.

Located next to the Residence Inn Houston Springwoods Village in City Place, the Courtyard is a convenient location for ExxonMobil, Southwestern Energy, Deloitte, Accenture and CHI St. Luke’s hospital travelers alike. The tech-enabled rooms provide the necessary amenities for the corporate traveler to get work done, and the hybrid design offers a seamless transition from work to relaxation. The modern lobby provides ample space to relax and socialize in a visually stimulating atmosphere and Includes media pods, complimentary WiFi, and a variety of seating zones. The hotel’s Bistro Restaurant is the first restaurant in Springwoods Village. It is open for breakfast and dinner and offers a full bar during dinner. The four-story hotel also features a heated outdoor saline pool, fitness center, and 1,000 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 45 people.
