DENVER—CoralTree Hospitality added Everline Resort & Spa in North Lake Tahoe to its growing management portfolio. Just minutes from Lake Tahoe in Olympic Valley, California, the 405-room resort offers ski-in, ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, an 18-hole golf course, a spa, and more. CoralTree will manage Everline as a franchised hotel under the Destination by Hyatt brand.
“Everline is one of ski country’s iconic resorts,” said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree. “With ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, a short drive to Lake Tahoe, and the Sierra mountains all around, Everline is perfectly situated for unlimited year-round adventures. The resort also offers some of the largest, most flexible meetings space for groups, meetings, and social events. We are excited to continue our affiliation with Hyatt through a franchise agreement under the Destination by Hyatt brand. Managing mountain resorts is part of CoralTree’s DNA and we are excited to add Everline to our growing collection of hotels and resorts across the United States.”
The resort offers accommodations that range from deluxe rooms to fireplace suites and bi-level penthouses to accommodate parties of up to nine people. Furnishings include slate entryways, ceramic-tiled bathrooms, granite vanities, and LED flat-screen televisions. Suite and penthouse units have gas fireplaces and resort kitchenettes.
Everline also offers golf at The Links at Everline, five restaurants including Sandy’s Pub and Six Peaks for fine dining, three outdoor heated swimming pools, and a shopping promenade. The Spa at Everline includes a fitness center, men’s and women’s dry saunas, and a steam room as well as 10 treatment rooms. In winter, guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe.
The resort has more than 47,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and multi-media capabilities. The Grand Sierra Ballroom is 9,500 square feet while the Sun Plaza Deck offers 6,000 square feet. Space can be designed to accommodate small board meetings and breakout sessions as well as large assemblies, banquets, and tradeshows.
The resort has access to year-round activities offered in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Hiking, biking, fishing, tubing, kayaking, horseback riding, golfing, swimming, and tennis are available near the property. In winter, options increase with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisade Tahoe, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, and more.
The resort’s proximity to three international airports makes it an accessible ski resort destination. Reno is located 42 miles to the east, Sacramento 100 miles to the west, and San Francisco approximately 200 miles to the west.
