The Hill has named Katherine Lugar, president and CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, one of the top lobbyists of 2016. Lugar has been recognized for her contribution to increasing the hospitality industry’s influence in government. Recent lobbying efforts include funding to fight Zika, the new overtime rule, and the regulation of Airbnb. This marks the third consecutive year Lugar’s work has been recognized by The Hill.
