HMC Reopens Fredericksburg Inn & Suites

DALLAS—Leo Spriggs, president and CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) proudly announces the completion of a $4 million renovation to this 103-room hotel located on five beautiful acres alongside Barons Creek, just one block from Main Street in the heart of the city. The Inn has been an integral part of caring for visitors to Fredericksburg for 12 years and proudly offers these extensive improvements to provide even more value to the community.

The renovations include a sleek and stylish expansion of the lobby, new custom designed furnishings and upgrades to all guest rooms, as well as a new covered patio and a complete exterior upgrade.

The kick-off festivities take place on Thursday, September 22, 2016, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. The property is located at 201 South Washington in Fredericksburg with a hosted cocktail hour and live music.

The hotel also offers a beautiful and inviting outdoor space including pools, hot tub, open-air stone gazebo and BBQ area. In addition, there is 3,700 square feet of flexible meeting and event space which can accommodate up to 125 guests. Amenities include free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast for each guest.

The hotel’s successful facelift was accomplished by several key participants, including Debra Stewart who managed the interior with her company Renovation Design. Architects the Jeffers Group, design-build consultants based in Austin and Fredericksburg, who were involved from concept to completion in re-design of the lobby and all exterior amenities. Robbyn Dodd provided the guest room and lobby artwork as well as photography, and was instrumental in the completion of the contemporary and inspiring changes to the property.
