AVENTURA, Fla.—Turnberry Isle Miami has announced the appointment of Brad Randall as director of food & beverage for the South Florida resort.
With more than 25 years of extensive experience in food and beverage management, Randall is a seasoned hospitality professional whose history in the food and beverage industry makes him uniquely qualified for this position.
“Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and management capabilities to this role and we are pleased to welcome him to our team,” said Jeffrey Klein, vice president and managing director at Turnberry Isle Miami. “In the five years we worked together developing Fontainebleau, I learned that Brad is one of the best in the business. I am excited to see his continued passion, perspective and proficiency in the food and beverage sector contributing to the Turnberry Isle resort, community, and brand.”
In his new role, Randall is responsible for the management and successful operations of Turnberry’s food and beverage outlets, including Scott Conant’s new restaurant Corsair and Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak. Additionally, he will be overseeing in-room dining, banquets, and pool operations for the 300-acre resort.
“My passions lies in the way that a food and beverage experience takes you on a journey of your senses. The relationships I build with the guests as well as my team members center around creating these sensory memories,” said Randall. “I am excited about joining Turnberry Isle Miami and do what I love at a property that is truly dedicated to excellence.”
Prior to joining the team at Turnberry Isle Miami, Randall held various leadership positions ranging from assistant manager to vice president of food and beverage at properties such as Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino, and Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
