Billionaire investor Ron Burkle and Sam Nazarian’s SBE Entertainment were unable to close on their acquisition of Morgans Hotel Group by the original deadline of Nov. 9, but the deal still has a shot to go through. The parties have entered into an agreement to extend the closing deadline to Nov. 30.
