CHEVY CHASE, Maryland—PM Hotel Group has been selected to assume management of Southbank Hotel Jacksonville Riverwalk, located in Jacksonville’s downtown riverfront district. The hotel is currently under a full renovation and will change flags when the renovation is complete.

The 322-room hotel provides access to Jacksonville Riverwalk, with direct water taxi service to downtown Jacksonville and EverBank Stadium, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ home, and an events venue. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, 39,000 square feet of meetings and events space, and two dining outlets named Southbank Johnnie’s and Pier 1515.
