SEATTLE—Noble House Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the Argonaut Fisherman’s Wharf Hotel and The Tuscan Fisherman’s Wharf, a Best Western Plus Hotel, in San Francisco, owned by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. The hotels bring the Noble House Hotels & Resorts (NHHR) hospitality portfolio to 18 properties. The hotels were previously managed by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants.
“We’re happy to welcome these two distinctive properties into the Noble House collection,” said Pat Colee, Noble House founder and chairman of the board. “With these hotels, we are continuing our focus on building our brand portfolio and growing in attractive regions within the U.S. We look forward to our ongoing relationship with Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.”
The 252-room Argonaut Fisherman’s Wharf Hotel is located along Fisherman’s Wharf, situated in the San Francisco Maritime National Park and is home to the park’s Visitors Center and Interactive Museum. The Tuscan Fisherman’s Wharf features 221 guestrooms and is in close proximity to Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, cable cars, bay cruises, and the clubs and cafes of North Beach.
Both hotels will retain all employees.
