LOVELAND, Colo.—My Place Hotels of America has announced Loveland will be home to Colorado’s first My Place Hotel. Construction is nearing completion on the 64-room Economy Extended Stay Hotel, located at 3975 Peralta Drive. The beautiful location just off I-25 will offer guests a view of the Rocky Mountains while providing easy access to nearby dining and entertainment options. While this property marks the brand’s entry to Colorado, the brand is not entirely new to the region. The closest brand companion, My Place Hotel-Cheyenne, WY is only forty minutes north of the new property on I-25.
The brand new hotel, opening early August 2016, is independently owned by RS Loveland and operated by Legacy Management. The collective ownership behind the hotel has an abounding history in both hospitality and commercial real estate development.
“My Place Hotels is delivering a product to the market that many travelers are seeking: A clean, comfortable room at a great rate, with a friendly, well-trained staff eager to serve. I’m excited to team up with the professionals at My Place Hotels of America to bring the first My Place to my native State of Colorado and to the rapidly growing area of Loveland, CO,” said John Segelke, owner/developer.
“We are pleased to announce that My Place Hotels will soon be opening in Loveland. We are looking forward to working with John Segelke and his team at RS Loveland. We are excited to couple our aggressive national expansion efforts with their local expertise. Working together, we are confident that My Place Hotel’s exceptional services and flexible lodging options will benefit Loveland and the greater surrounding market area,” said Terry Kline, EVP franchise development, My Place Hotels of America.
